Hulu has ordered 20 episodes, and they will premier next year.

 
Wait. What? Bender will not be voiced by John? Just as bad as replacing Homer with Justin Bebier. This won’t work. If the fans don’t watch it no one will.

They’re still in talks, there is a stand in for table reads atm. But if they were to replace him (which he does more than just one character) it not only will look bad for the studio but worse for the VA who replaces him from the fandom.

I tend to agree with this, it'll feel extremely weird without DiMaggio. Maybe there'll be someone who can do a great impression, but it won't be the same.
