Official Thread Game of Thrones

With only one episode left its hard to see anyone but Deny sitting on the throne at the end because neither the unsullied nor the Dothraki would listen to anyone else. If Dany dies all hell will break loose. Just look at the death glare Greyworm gave Jon when he pulled back his troops during the Kings Landing slaughter.

Really shouldn't be too many Dothraki left so maybe not a huge issue but you are right about the Unsullied. Maybe Grey Worm turns and is willing to lead them into following Jon?

That's a REALLY good point. They live only to serve Deanerys (who is the ultimate master to the unsullied and khal of khals to the Dothraki), and have no desire for wealth or power. They would instantly become the largest force in all of Westeros with about 25k of the most effective soldiers in the world, all hell bent on destroying Westeros in a lifelong quest for vengeance.

Greyworm is a dead man anyways. Can see Jon having to kill him.

If Dany is killed the unsullied will just have a new leader. My guess is this new prince of Dorne

Feel like if she is dead Greyworm can't die until he has guided the Unsullied to whatever their conclusion is. You can't plausibly explain them following anyone else.

Also "New Prince of Dorne" is one of the shows many problems. Time was spent in Dorne and now its just led by an unnamed and likely never seen person. Same with other areas as the show just became Winterfell and King's Landing only and the show doesn't have time for any of these types of details

Apart from Greywind they are a faceless army who will do what ever they are told by who ever leads them.

If Dany handed the army over to Jon and he said kill her they wouldn't hesitate.

Will lay waste to armies and burn cities to the ground.

Yep totally out of character

I finally had time to watch the latest episode, I’m surprised I was able to stay away from spoilers all week. Anyway I thought it was great. I’ve really enjoyed this season and how it’s playing out.

I can see some complaints of the season and yes it should have been longer. What we have got is still good in my opinion. Once again you can’t please everyone and the internet always going to internet. I’ve learned not to care anymore what others think.

I’m ready for the finale I will be watching it right away tomorrow night.

I don't think people are complaining about some of the endings, but there's a strong disconnect between the first set of seasons and the last 2. This gives the impression of feeling rushed.

I would have loved to have seen the journey back to King's Landing with Sandor and Arya. We used to get that.

What’s everyone doing for the finale tonight?

Going to get us some take out food and a few beers. A couple friends are coming over to watch it with us.

Did feel that needed to be a lot longer that episode

I liked the episode. Everyone’s story is tied up. Not sure what Jon is doing though.

It all went according to Bran’s plan! Barn=Night King!!!!,

30 seconds into the first kings council meeting and Bran peaces out. The memes practically write themselves.
