I remember Jon telling the men carrying Rickons body to bury him in the tomb beside his father.
That was right after he beat Ramsey Bolton to a bloody pulp.

I haven’t been this hyped for a show since the final season of Breaking Bad. I hope this final season pays off.

Harder to do than dragons is all they say :really:
I guess having to resize the real wolves and make them blend in is hard, purely CGI wolves are hardly ever done right because the fur never seems quite right. I'm guessing reptiles are easier because of it just being skin.

That doesn't mean anything, there may not be a ramp to get to the tomb :p
Your missing the point. John, Sansa & Arya were facing their tombs. Bran's tomb isn't shown. Why? I think this will be a major twist.

No I got it the first time :) That's one of the theories that has been going around for a couple of years now, I just didn't want to acknowledge it incase some find it a bit spoilery :)

So HBO have clearly edited something or someone out of this shot.

Still hard to believe this is a tv show and not a feature film, been going back and watching a few scenes and the dragons just look so damned good.

There are moments in the show that I think are as good if not better than movies.

Still haven't watched season seven although that will most likely be the next show I'll watch.

I'm kind of thinking about not watching the new/last season, avoiding spoilers as best I can, and buying the complete series on Bluray and rewatching it all, with the last season being completely unknown to me.

Do I have the willpower to do that? I'm not sure lol.

You would need to avoid the net until you got to season 8

Um what are you waiting for?
Burnout mainly, but also because while there are several other shows I want to watch, I rarely do watch TV so I get behind. Ended up watching some other stuff first.

The last two seasons were my favorite. The show really picks up and the action was movie action good if not better in some scenes.

Nothing better than GoT.
It's worth rewatching as well just saying.

Was kind of funny how last season seemed to get more complaints than the others because people said it seemed like "fan fiction" I think they were used to so much intrigue and twists that they didn't know how to handle it when all of the things that had happened in the past were finally starting to come to a head. At some point all of that great storytelling and set up had to lead to some kind of payoff and that's what seasons 7 and 8 are for.

Well when you consider how the show was paced before to what it is now that is a valid complaint depending on what you want out of the show. Characters are pretty much just teleporting around Westeros. Must have unlocked the fast travel option.

The storytelling quality if significantly worse and its become more of a summer blockbuster but without the books to guide them that was a trade that is ultimately for the best.
