dude, it won't eliminate.

I think you're being a bit paranoid.

People will always own something but others don't want to.

You can still buy movies and some will do Netflix.

I like using streaming services for movies/tv, guess what... I still buy movies and tv shows I like. So far I’m liking the Games Pass service, guess what... I still buy games I want to play.

VaL always going to VaL.

Gamepass type services if successful eliminates owning games physical or digital.

Doesn't. Not even close.

My bigger concern would be how games are made to cater to such a service. Take Sea Of Thieves for example...a baron empty game with small content updates meant to keep people subscribed month after month. It is a terrible way to make a game. Maybe the way it was made had nothing to do with the service, but I doubt that.

I guess you like being wrong... a lot.
@VaLLiancE is not wrong he just concern and that do bring some questions.

Also, they are many games that are using the online servers and if they go down the game is still useless physical or not.\

IF Phil is all about options that we shouldn't worry about anything.

Me and 3 friends have been trying to play a MP match in MW2 for 30 mins. Looks like servers are down. It will not even let you in a match solo.

EDIT: wrong thread.

Looking forward to Livelock. I’m apparently in the minority but I prefer newer, solid Indies over big, older games...only because if I had interest in those bigger older games, I probably would’ve picked them up on sale before they came to gold.

That Cactus game ended up being my most played Gold game in at least a year.
