I can’t remember the last time I played a GwG game.
For Gamepass members, GwG has become mostly redundant. I still download pretty much all of them (or start the download so I have access to the game) just in case I have an inkling to play it at some point. I played tons of the GwG games over the years until Gamepass came out....

I have no interest in Gamepass, but I do know that the consensus among the majority of gamers is that the value and games included are one of the best values in gaming.

I don't care about Game Pass, Games with Gold, PS Now and PSN+, but millions upon millions love those services. I am glad they are an option for them.

Easily a great deal for me when I jumped on that E3 deal. Paired with using my MS Rewards points to add another year of XBL I paid practically nothing to get Game Pass until early 2021. A better deal for sure than something similar like Origin Premier which is mostly EA games a few other stinkers.

How’s it not?
Cause you all act like it is the second coming. The service has good months and bad months, this alone stops it being "great." There aren't enough MS exclusives to save it either.

It doesn't suck. It isn't great. It is somewhere in between.

So, at $9.99/mo, you get instant access to 200+ games including day and date first party (and some indies). This is a pretty damn good deal if you were planning on buying the first party games and you get introduced to games you might not have bought and many times end up enjoying them more than the games you did buy. I do think they need a yearly sub for this service (i.e. $60/yr for GP alone, $120/yr for GP Ultimate). For those that stacked live and got the service for $1 for several years, this is the deal of the century.

GwG has pretty much become a joke in the interim as they seem to be phoning it in in favor of GP.

It definitely was so so the first few months, it’s been a great service since then. Not sure what the problem is with people thinking it is a great service worth the price and the content you get. I understand it’s not for all consumers some gamers might not have a need for it.

Never said there was a problem. Simply said it isn't as great as alot on here make out. Where is the problem in me saying that?

No problem in you feeling that way.

I just feel like this is one thing MS should get praise for in this rocky generation for them. When it started I had no intention of keeping it, now I don’t want to go without it.

Praise and overhypr are not the same thing.

Funnything is the biggest draw to the service is where it is the weakest. Exclusives.
