Gears 4 PC?

Those who are saying they have no more reason to buy XBO were never going to buy it anyway. If they actually play Gears 4 or Horizon 3 or alike on Windows 10 that would be the only way Microsoft could engage those users anyways.

Even more of a reason for console owners to buy an Xbox One who don't like PC gaming (most console gamers don't want to game on PC, hence why they are on console). Now we get a much larger audience to play with, and more games that are on PC coming to Xbox, and more on Xbox coming to PC. More sales, and more chance of the IP surviving.

Win win. I hope we get more of that with competing brands as well.

Um it's XB games going to the PC not the other way around lol.

And you bought Street Fighter for PS4, or PC? :p Let alone all the multiplats/shooters.

Actually at this point, the only exclusive games youd own, would be Bloodbourn, Driveclub(I think that's on vita or something else, isn't it? or PSnow? Cant I play that on my tv?), The Order and... I'm sure there are others.

Point is, you still buy multiplats for your consoles. And that's great. I'd rather more people buying games, and supporting the industry, than pirating them. Gamers unite!

There's pro's and cons for everything. I'd rather have the choice of platform. But I'm more of a gamer than a hater.

What does this matter? I buy the majority of MP games on the ps4 this is no secret.
It's not a hater to have preferences.
As a gamer who has options...I see no reason to own a Xbox console anymore if I can play its exclusives on the PC and with waterdowned versions of 3rd party games what else is left?

You see less of a reason to own an Xbox One, and some will see more of a reason to own an Xbox One.

So... You'd rather buy the PS4 copy of multiplats that are also available on PC?
The PS4 exclusives, that are also on PC, you'd rather buy on PS4?

...Annnnnnd you don't see what I'm getting at?

I do my MP on the ps4.
Most PS4 exclusives aren't on the PC.
But the majority of the games you own are? Either way, its irrelevant. Sell your Xbox dude. it will save yourself 2000 posts about the pain of owning multiple consoles. :)

I own the PS4 for the few exclusives that it has, and since there is such a long drought between them, it barely gets used. I mean, I got Bloodborne in MARCH of last year, then we got Until Dawn in AUGUST of last year, and now we have to wait until MAY of this year for our next A A A game, Uncharted 4. There really seems to be less and less of a reason to own a PS4 when you consider most of the games that are exclusive on the PS4 are either indies or they are also on PC. I mean, everyone is getting the definitive versions of Street Fighter V, No Man's Sky, Firewatch on PC right?...shall we go on? Even Kojima's new game is coming to Microsoft Windows, which will also be the definitive version. So with so few exclusives on the PS4, what is the point of having one if you can get that VAST majority the games that are on PS4 on Windows? And waiting so long between them seems hardly worth the wait.

I have the expendable income, so I will enjoy my PS4 even though the games are pretty much all on PC. Same for my Xbox One. I prefer gaming on console. I would rather get Street Fighter, Firewatch, Kojima's new game, No Man's Sky on PS4 instead of PC.

With all due respect Val, you're a hater. It's ok.

JinCa, Mangoes etc... have a preference but don't bash Xbox in every thread.

Not that what you say is inaccurate. Just too much sometimes.

On a side note, I read that the PC of Gears U is pretty bad.

MS is making owning a Xbox (when one owns a gaming PC) make less sense from my perspective and I think playing Xbox on PC is great no hate.

No I know what you're saying and it does make sense.

The industry is changing. It'll be interesting to see where it goes.

It's hard to understand why they're even doing this, but then as I've always maintained a capable PC, I wouldn't look at it as a console owner.

I own both consoles and enjoy both, but they must see that should my xboxone fail, under this strategy I would have no reason to re-buy. It works out good for me, but I don't get what's in it for them.
