I'm not seeing it in chrome. Looking at the html I do see this:

link rel="apple-touch-icon" href="http://unionvgf.com/styles/default/xenforo/logo.og.png"

But nothing that is just link rel="icon". Unless I'm just missing something.

Clear cache. It showed up in Safari for me. I don't want to clear my cache in Firefox right now.
