Yay? Nay? It's looking like a flop so far, with such a small take in of $5 million for the weekend. I first thought is that this is a movie that should've been an abortion. It had like a $20 million budget, which is surprising to me. Why anyone would invest that much into it is beyond me.

I really enjoyed Fringe. Although the later seasons left much to be desired and really went off the rails and jumped a dozen sharks, I watched every single epiosde. In fact, just recently I've started watching the series again on Netflix.

Dance competition flicks are so silly. The plot and ending is always the same.

I've rewatched the first three seasons or so two or three times just because of Walter. He's easily one of my favourite characters on TV.

Major Payne, starring Damon Wayans is the finest dance movie of all. If you can count a military marching performance as a dance.

The show has clearly fallen off. However I decided to stick with it because of how much I loved the first 5 seasons, and I wanted to know what happens in the end.

DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID TED!

Also I love the mother. That is all.

To me it wasn't a bad first episode.

Yeah, the person chosen seems like a good fit for the role. And it started off better than the last couple of seasons did, hopefully the last season is a gooder

While some say its gone s*** I actually think it still knocks it out the park most the time. Has the odd duff episode but that's normally when its very US aimed so I don't really know what the joke is about.

On the same night Marvel launched Agents of SHIELD, it's been revealed that DC is making another big step in TV, with Commissioner Gordon getting his own live-action series, reveals Deadline. Following a bidding war between the networks, the Warner Bros. TV-produced series, called Gotham, has ended up at FOX. Showing what a big deal Gotham is, it's been given a straight-to-series order, bypassing the pilot stage.
The series will focus on a young Detective James Gordon and "the villains that made Gotham famous." Bruno Heller (Rome, The Mentalist) is writing the Commissioner Gordon, which will presumably launch during the 2014-2015 TV season. Gotham will take place before Gordon meets Batman, who will not be a part of the series.

Hm, interesting. I think I'm in. You in?

First thoughts:

-running around trying to keep up with Batman.
-talking to Batman, way too much. Gay romance?
-lots of yelling between him and politicians.

Then I see the last bit about Gordon's adventures predating Batman. That should be interesting. How would you end the show though? "Man, this is the end of my television show, but the Batman? Welp, he's here to stay." Could be some awesome in-between stuff. Hopefully an opportunity to show case some of Batman's more contemporary villains like Scarface and Blackmask, while slipping in some more notorious folk like a Killer Croc and the obvious Joker.

I liked the person picked to play the mother, she seems to fit really well and I liked it that it was Lily who she connects with first.

I'm fairly sure I haven't seen the last season, but this show is one of the best satires I've ever seen on TV. I usually play an episode off of SouthParkStudios.com while I'm cleaning up my apartment. Some episodes don't suit my taste, but so many of them have clear strokes of brilliance.

I'm interested.

Edit: Hopefully Catwoman is in it. And Batwoman. And they have a scene together.

Because Xbox people like anime too, right?
