Green Lantern Corps

Cruise is fine in MI and Jack Reacher but i can't see him in a superhero movie at all.

I dunno, he was nearly there in Edge of Tomorrow or even Oblivion.

I sort of agree though because while I do think he could do a superhero story, I'm not sure GL is the right fit for him.

My feeling is that Tom Cruise is a physical actor and I'm not sure I see him working out in a CGI fest. If the Ring created mostly physical weapons, it might work.

Originally wanted for Iron Man. Think he would do a good job but depends on which lantern he played.

Apparently WB and Renolds would still be willing to work again

Yea he was good in edge of tomorrow. I think your right he would probably be good in a "street level" superhero movie. I can't see him in a heavy CGI'd one.

I want to agree with y’all but then I recalled he’s been in many sci-fi flicks that work with him being a grounded super soldier/dad (war of the world, oblivion and the edge of tomorrow) but I totally forgot his work with vanilla sky, so maybe, I can kinda sorta see it.

He is kinda old so I take it he may take the role like RDJ has with iron man.
