Proudest moment in the history of gaming for me. This was my Elden Ring. I did it. It's finally complete. Done. Over. Suck it everyone who said I'd never do it.

It's gotten better as I've gone along, but I'm just forcing myself to play it. All of the stuff between main missions is boring and distracting. I'd probably like it a lot more if it just took me to each mission instead of being open world. Plus, I don't see little switches to open gates/doors many times and I'm wandering around needlessly. Maybe there's a setting somewhere that automatically highlights objectives or something.

Serious question, do you still like video games? It seeems like all your recent posts are complaints about games. If it's such a frustrating and annoying activity for you, why do it and why post about how much you dislike it? Seems like a cycle of negativity, why not focus on another hobby that brings you more happiness?

Nope. I spent $2500+ this year on 3 consoles, PC components and games just to annoy people on this forum and that's what brings me the most happiness in life. It was a great investment spending the money doing so. I even went to the eye doctor for the first time in my life earlier this year and fixed the issue I was having where I wasn't t even able to play games at all due to crippling motion sickness. All because I don't like gaming at all.

Dried must only want to see any possible negative of Xbox. He sees “13 hours” speed run posted here by Enemy and decides the game is short.

I play the entire campaign, and do side missions and never skip cutscenes and get 56 hours and he’s not gonna believe it.

The main story is 11 hrs according to howlongtobeat so you're about half way into the game already?

I have 56 hours in. That is campaign and some side missions.

You must be playing it at a turtle's crawl lol what you been doing in there, exploring every nook and cranny (not that there's anything wrong with that)? 🤔

Did I go against what you said? Nope. Even gave you an informative rating. But I'll still reserve judgment until I personally play before handing out any criticisms :txbcool:

Why are you being so defensive?

Looks like Joseph Staten is leaving 343 to go back to Microsoft Publishing and 343 overall experienced a 10% staff reduction. It seems like most of these people were working on the campaign, so it appears any potential DLC is now scrapped, but who knows really.

That’s like 90 people :(

It does still sound like a total mess. What I don't get is that people seemed to actually like the base gameplay. Normally Halo launches with MP and it sends people into an angry frenzy, but people seemed to actually like this for the most part.

I mean, it isn't like they completely missed the mark on the game. I know not everyone was big on the open world stuff (it was kind of watered down but fun) but we aren't looking at Anthem levels of bad gameplay by any means.

If they could build content people would play it.
