It couldn't hurt.

How does Ranked work...is all your individual performance or do wins/losses play a significant part?
I'm not quite sure but I usually move up, even if it's just a little whenever I win. I've have good games in losses and not moved down. So I guess it's a mixture of win/loss and personal performance.

Was going to but I get higher frames on my PC.
Funny that I feel in better control with the xbox series X, played it on pc and for some reason, I am always a bit off.

I’m at 48.9%. I think that’s pretty good for lifetime accuracy. Says that I have just under 91,000 shots fired.
Not too bad. That is almost 5 times more shots than I have fired. You must be looking to break that 50% barrier.

Accuracy does seem to be the big differentiator between Ranked and Quick

It’s a bit weird how little stat/career information you can get in-game in Infinite. The tracker says I have 1200 something medals, but I can’t view them anywhere.

That is what I said before. It should have a detailed stats page and a medals page.

I still wonder if they are really going to fix it. I see tons of people in random games who just buy the stuff flat out.

Hopefully that means changes on December 8th or earlier....at least for the challenges and a general progression system anyway.

It needs to be. Even for those of us that ignore the challenges, there's still tons of people quitting games or just farming bounties. Just starting a 4 on 4 match short handed is pretty much a loss.

The idea that they sell challenge skips to get around their broken system is a joke. My challenges now are getting kills with bad guns and getting a stockpile game which never seems to come up.

I swear I get at least one AFK player each round. I'm pretty sure people are rubber banding their controller and just idling all day.

The system makes me want to play less because it is just so bad.

Yep.

It is an easy fix, though.

There's also a bad crashing bug on PC that needs to be fixed. It's causing a lot of 3v4 ranked matches and you lose a lot of rank progress.

Whatever fix MS needs to make, it needs to make them the money they want from the game. Money, in the end, will be their priority. Not the gamer. Sucks, but no doubt it's true. Hopefully they address it to everyone's satisfaction.

You don't need to do the progression system like this to make money. You won't force people to buy MTs. All they will do is drive players away.

There are plenty of idiots willing to spend $20 on a skin for a character they barely see

I haven't had many(if at all) issues like that myself. I had some amazing close matches yesterday... and a few steak-taculars, lol.

I do find it ridiculous that I'm not getting any new challenges at all for the event. I'm not going to drop onto Fiesta if I'm only earning 50 xp per round. I also don't like the challenges that I need rare game-types to complete.

I have no idea, since I don't bother with that stuff. I just know it's a free to play game, and they plan to make money on it somehow, and it will be through their progression system. If they don't make it a grind, there is no incentive to buy the MT.

You are probably right. I just know MS will do what's best for their pocket.

Unfortunately, I think the cheating has become more prevalent at this point. I’ve noticed some suspect things in matches recently.
