I'll tell you what is the most confounding thing to me - the gravity hammer. There are times it will one hit kill me when I have full shields and somebody is swinging it from 15 feet away, but other times I will nail somebody from 5 feet and it doesn't take them down.

I think 2042 will bounce back. It has got the hate train chugging in full force. People are acting like it is Cyberpunk levels of bad or something. It will bounce back with some new patches. Dice takes the whole holiday off so they've done nothing on the game for weeks and left it in kind of a bad state.
Well people still remember the Battlefield game from last gen first started and it was awful.

That is why I am asking for 343 to update the game, my desk can only take so much of my hulk smash.

I dont want to look at a walkthrough yet but where are those dam Skulls...I am about 12 hours in,at the part inside after collecting/unlocking the Beacons, only 2 Spartan Cores left to find and I go off the beaten path a lot,I havent seen one yet...maybe I am just not grappling up mountains and stuff enough lol...

I only found three on my playthrough.

Played some 4v4 with 3 buddies last night for awhile. Had a blast. Oddball was our favorite mode. With COD titles a dumpster fire right now needing updates, this is going to be our new go to for now. We had zero problems playing.

Yea but it had all the basics there, it just needed to be patched out and fix all the lag, 2042 is just missing so much from a basic level.

Other than the one on the tower, I never would have found any without help online. And even then I got like maybe 5 of them with the rest needing to be done in the campaign which I finished. And there is no mission select.

"$500.000.000 budget. 6 years of development. When Halo Infinite was announced at E3 2018, 343 and Microsoft showcased a very impressive tech demo. Since then the development of Halo Infinite's campaign was troubling. As the campaign finally released, it became obvious that the content was cut, the graphics was downgraded and the project was downscaled. This video is aiming to demonstrate the lack of variety in enviroments of Halo Infinite, comparing it to the tech demo as well as other Halo games."

I was kinda hoping for a deep dive instead of just clips that could just be b-roll. Did it go beyond that later? I only watched like a hint of the beginning.

It’s not worth the watch. He already shows he has the budget wrong. And the game has been praised by the media and gamers.

It's pretty bad considering EA said they were ahead of schedule on development, it was in development for 3 years, and they had FOUR studios working on it and there is NO single player campaign.

Do I think it will bounce back? Probably, but that really depends on how EA/DICE handle the situation. Which as of right now it's being handled terribly. Players want a roadmap and these clowns are talking about the games lore. LOL.

You played it yet?

Everybody else has and already knows it lacks environment variety.

Dice takes like 4 weeks off for the break and is completely oblivious to what goes on while they are gone. One of their head developers just tweeted "good morning" the other day. I'm pretty sure they legit go off the grid somewhere in Sweden. They did the exact same thing with BF5.

I get that people need time off, but they literally go dark from like Dec 17th to Jan 10th.

I didn't expect you or the quotters to watch it.
You might not want to as what we ended up with is pretty bad in comparison.
