Likely a marine/soldier. That helmet was used on the reach army troopers and as a spartan helmet called "military police."

I would love it if they could actually make the graphics look this good on Infinite with 10 x the power of the Xbox One. I remember actually believing Halo 5 mp would look this good in the E3 2024 trailer

I'd think that's entirely possible in regards to the power at hand. But considering it being a cross gen title and the fact that Halo hasn't impressed graphically since Halo CE, I doubt it.
