ok, xmas is coming up and as every past xmas, i give the wife/family a list of games for them to pick from to get me for xmas.

so...

i already own Ryse, Forza, Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3, Powershotsgolf and FIFA.

if you have other games and like them, give me some suggestions.

Tell her you want her to spend the money on lingerie instead.

And just wait until Ryse is free with gold.

Was that announced that Ryse will be free with gold? That's one I'm interested in! Anyway, I only have AC:IV for the Xbox One and am loving it so if you're into those games I highly recommend it!
 
I'm in the same situation but with my mom asking what I want. I'm going to tell her Forza and Ryse. Two games I really want to play but don't think I'll like enough to justify me buying myself.

It has not been announced as free with gold. But I feel confident in saying that this game will probably kick off free with gold, or become a pack in. Think about Halo the Fall of Reach. That game was free to everyone who was picky enough. Ryse will be like that.
 
I've been doing the awkward thing of asking for xbox one cash cards so I can redeem them and buy the games digitally. This lets me choose my own games!
 
Actually Yungstar that is a good enough list. Dead Rising 3 has kept me occupied for awhile. Also, believe it or not, my kids and I have been having fun with Zoo Tycoon.

Did Microsoft say when in 2014 the free games for gold would start? If they continue to do two a month they are going to be hard pressed maintaining the high quality the program has been known for on current gen. Loco Cycle and Crimson Dragon are obviously positioned to be the first batch of free with gold games.

Does the OP not like shooters? I would put COD or Battlefield on the list. I am not a fan, but Assassin Creed is another favorite of many. NBA 2K is supposedly a next gen showcase and NFS does some cool multiplayer stuff.
 
Still play 360 games? Personally X1 and PS4 seem to have a drought until early next year. Your list of games look good already so not sure how much else you're going to find on the system. Neo's advice of telling the wife to buy some new lingerie may be the better choice.
 
Or they could give you gift card money and you can buy whatever game(s) you decide. I think it's easier for me.
 
Lego Marvels is pretty damn good!....BF4 is also awesome too.
 
As one of the previous posters said, when in doubt ask for gift cards. Lots of good opetions coming the x1's way.

I gave my Christmas list of games out today: Ryse, Forza 5, and Lego Marvel.
 
You have a solid set of games already. Maybe AC4 and one of the shooters... CoD or BF4. Other than those, hold tight and wait for more games in 2014. Did you get an second controller and recharging kit yet?

BF4 is really good. I don't think you'd be disappointed.

AC is good, but it just plays so last Gen... I mean, I'm a huge fan of AC and I've bought all of them, but you're not getting anything special in AC on next Gen systems... But if you love AC, it's more of the same - and that's good.
