We're lucky enough to have a wide range of affiliates to chose from. Below are links to each store. To support the site, click on any of the links below and purchase whatever you like. Almost all items are eligible. If you see specific banners through the site you can use those as well.

Thank you for all of your support,

I will use the Best Buy one out of all of those. Amazon on the rare occasion. I know that the links help this site, but will you also be able to see which member clicked on the link and contributed?

I believe they may be US only but checking on them.

I can't see who contributed.

Now maybe you can afford to pay me that salary you promised.

Bought a $30 book last night through amazon. Cha-ching!

Still need to preorder my games for X1. You can expect at least one purchase through the link, if not two!

If you want more people to buy from those links, I recommend putting a sidebar on the main page on the right side or maybe just a small footer on the very bottom that says something like "Help support our site by shopping at the links below. All purchases are appreciated." Then just list all the sites like you did in the fist post. That's probably the least obtrusive way I can think of to do it.

Here's an example of a footer that would be displayed once at the bottom of the thread or at the bottom of the site (just an idea of course):

Good suggestion, Godsmack. I put it in as a small signature. It's not intrusive but it still gets the word out for those that don't know.

Just pre-ordered a couple of Xbox One games from Amazon through the front news page. Glad to see they changed their minds!

Or perhaps make a link at the top called "Store" or "Support UVGF". In that link, you put in a small blurb openly soliciting support and have some fun writing it. And then list the 6-7 affiliates the site has now..... whether it's text links or nice looking banner boxes.

I think this is a good idea. Would be easier than having to go looking in a thread or for PVs signature.

It's been so long since I've shopped at one of those stores. Any chance of a target.com partnership? I'm not even sure how that stuff works. I'd love to see how obscure a place can be.

I saw where you put the affiliate links and that's a fine place. I was actually thinking about making a link at the top of the page along the top tabs where it says "Home" "Forum "Members". Have a link there too that brings you to a affiliate page. This way, no matter what page someone is on as long as they go to the top of the page, they'll always see it.

But good stuff on all changes and stuff. Cool to see you constantly tinkering with the site using people's ideas.

Cool. I see the shop link at the top. Hoping you can get either a Best Buy Canada or Future Shop affiliate. Looking to buy about $700 worth of X1 stuff (sold out though online, but will surely pop up again), plus a small $400 TV for my bedroom as I'm gonna keep all my 360 stuff.

Thinking about buying a new digital camera too. Not sure though. Not sure if I'll use it enough vs. the crappier smart phone quality I have now.
