I've only recently started following this game. And then found out that there's a campaign in place asking for a boycott. I don't want to support hate speech but from what I can tell the author/creator of this world and characters doesn't have much input in the development of this title. She got paid for the rights usage and that's it. It seem harsh to punish the developers who may not even share the creator's opinions.
Anyway, from the little I've seen of this game it looks like a lot of fun.

In the HP universe it would be extremely easy to score when luck potions and love potions exist
When you really think about it, you can take the Hogwarts/wizarding universe to some truly terrifying places, there would be spells for everything. There would probably be a spell to torture someone, amplify their pain but make it so their organs can't fail and die.

I like the idea of people wanting to boycott the game are donating what they spend on the game to a trans charity. They get to boycott in their own way, do some actual good, and let people enjoy the game

Probably upset now because she (rightly) said a male rapist who's now claiming to be female shouldn't be put in an all women's prison.
People got upset that she said a man who says they feel like a woman shouldn't be allowed to use the ladies toilet.

This is why I love VRR, a couple games have been similar and you can get a relatively smooth framerate on quality mode.
I have the same thought. I bought dead space at launch and only start of chapter 3 now.
There were a lot of performance mode videos that came out a week or two ago that looked surprisingly good IMO, that pic isn't a good representation of what performance mode will look like from what we've been shown. I'll probably start out on fidelity mode and see how it feels, if it's a solid 30fps that should be fine.What the hell? 60fps looks like Nintendo Switch visuals
Her perspective is totally valid, someone who's been through their entire life as a woman is allowed to have a different point of view. The amount of hate she gets online is ridiculous, she's never wished harm on anyone but if clowns on twitter were to be believed you'd think she's calling for all trans people to be rounded up and put in a concentration camp.
Dude did an AMA on Reddit, of course take it with a grain of salt but he posted photo proof. Apparently they offer 40fps in quality mode with VRR so awesome if true.
