House of the Dragon - No Book Spoilers

The show has had quality episodes every week so far.

Think it spent a bit too much time on the fest. Also I did laugh at the Kings Green fingers in one scene(they forgot to digitally remove them)

I enjoyed tonight's episode, no real action but some good story telling. Damn Fabien Frankel is a good looking guy lol.

Really enjoying this. Still mostly setup though

Time skips should stop after the big one.

The guy who plays Criston Cole (Fabien Frankel) sure looks a lot like his Dad who was also an actor, he passed away in the 1990's in a motorcycle accident in England. He was on a show called "Kindred: The Embraced" it was kind of cheesy but I liked it.

I'm fine with that after the last couple of seasons jumping all over the place.
It will open up/add more characters as it gets nearer to the Dance of the Dragons.

Just a reminder that the next episode..

takes place 10 years later

House of the Dragon continues to be entertaining as hell. I’m fully invested in these characters and I’m cool with it focusing on a smaller plot so far. This next episode looks wild.

I.......am loving this show.

No expectations. I read the game of thrones books before watching the show, this..... pretty good and don't even want to think about what's gonna happen next, don't care as long as I'm enjoying it.

This show is great, the time jump is jarring but most of us knew it was coming. That being said all of the actors who are playing the aged up characters did a great job last night.

I really wonder how confused people were that didn't see the preview or just knew it was coming. Probably thought they missed an episode.

I expected a transition shot of Rhaenyra at the end of the previous episode to make it easier for viewers not familiar with the source material.

Best episode yet.

I'll spoiler tag the next episode preview. Another time jump.

Yeah they are doing a great job, most shows struggle in their first season. Obviously they learned a lot of things from the previous seasons of the other show but they deserve credit for what they've done. Now if they'd just stop using those silly filters that try to make daytime shots look like nighttime, it looks so fake lol. A lot of the effects are a bit questionable too but the acting and storytelling are great.
