Two mid-sized games have similar net sales to one AAA game, while three could even overtake them.

Sony should fund more mid sized titles - It lowers the budget but also quickens development time.

This may also be why we see a targeted Spiderman 3 part 1 and 2 at 49.99 but a year apart.

Remember when this poster was posting all the negative articles and Tweets about Xbox making smaller games because of Game Pass. Has yet to happen, but here we are with a Playstation First party studio Looking to do exactly that. lol.

Bet they charge you $70 for these mid sized games too.

Also they needed to start with a AAA IP like Spiderman to then bridge out smaller branch lines. So maybe a mix for the future ?
