Baby Mammoth's Journey To Mars?

Like holy crap! I finally conquered the ice gaps and the tree bashing, but the eagle/vulture/wtf flying in is just too much.

That's 3 buttons I'm supposed to remember which to hit for each situation.

Is there a harder game on earth than this? Does the baby mammoth ever get to mars?

Depends on if you're including adjustable difficulties, but Contra is still up there for me. Single player without the extra lives was rough.

Anyone who claims legitimately beating Target Earth on Genesis is either a liar or God. I couldn't get past level 3 or 4 no matter what.... the level with the reactor core as the boss. Game had 8 levels. I saw a YT video of a guy who used an invincible cheat to beat it. There is no way anyone can beat this game without a cheat.

I never played the arcade Contra, but if you are talking the console ones, I always thought the Contra games I played (NES Contra and SNES Contra 3) were super easy. After the initial hit of unfamiliarity, I could beat NES Contra without dying once and Contra III on hard without dying once (until the final boss which has some cheap tactics).

Once you got it down it wasn't that bad, but for me it was only through memorization of levels and keeping the spread shot. I still think that your first few times through it was a total bitch. I played it not long ago and sucked at it all over again.

Yeah Nintendo Contra and the arcade version were fairly easy games. Rush n Attack was harder.

Tri Na Nog either that game was hard or stupid, I can't remember getting far in it unless it's just so long ago...
