Jimquisition: Why so serious?

Not that I'm a big fan of big Jim -- although he did turn me on to one of my favorites from last gen, Deadly Premonition (by making my lol at his review) -- but I agree with him here. We do take this stuff too seriously.

Why such cliche title? I kid, but people take games way too seriously sometimes. The ones that really crack me up are the folks who get upset when a indie game or 2D platformer releases. There are indie games releasing on the X1 and some folk out there are legit upset by it because they don't believe it belongs on a nexgen gaming console. I always get a good laugh from these guys.

Yeah indie, XBLA, and E-shop can be just as great as AAA retail games.

- Well, because they thought it was good sport. Because some gamers aren't looking at anything logical, like games. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some gamers just want to watch the industry burn.
