The Husky one (the tall one on the right of your post) is my favorite. I've always wanted a Husky.

I always wanted a Golden Retriever, maybe one day when got more time on my hands and before I get too old I will get me one of those.

I've had cats since I was 18. I have one little buddy left that's towards the end of his life. I'm gonna miss the little guy. I've been against getting any more pets because it's devastating losing them. I've lost three in the past three years and it looks like the fourth may happen sooner than later. I've given it a second thought though and may look into getting a dog. I've always wanted a husky or a rottweiler. My sister has a boxer who's fantastic with cats. I'd want to get a dog and a cat rather than two dogs. I'd want them to have a companion which is something my little guy doesn't have anymore outside of me.

It would be a hard decision but I would probably lean towards the husky because he, or she, would be easier to control when other people have to walk him or her. Female Rotts don't get super big but they're beasts.

I recommend a husky. They get a little big, but nothing gigantic, although I suppose that depends on how tall you are. They're playful as hell and have a ton of energy though so you gotta keep that mind as well.

I love dogs. I like cats (I like all animals, really), but I'm allergic, so I've never had one. Having them pass away is very hard. I've had several members of my family pass and my dog, and guess whose death hit me the hardest (by a mile)? He was nearly killed by a Rott earlier in his life, so on that basis I'd vote no Rotts, lol. I'm partial to little dogs myself (terriers and dachshunds).

There's research that shows just looking at pictures of puppies and kittens reduces blood pressure.

Thanks. After today, I needed to look at some puppies.

One of my sisters has a dachshund. He's cool but I couldn't walk him everyday. He's just too little.
