Disney would probably buy Apple first ;)

i know MS had looks their stake in Apple long ago, but doesn’t bill gates own like a 3 billion dollar stake in them?

now I know I’m having steak for lunch
No you have it backwards and rumors of Apple buying Disney are out in the wild.

Apple is bigger than both.

Under the new order, Apple is:

permanently restrained and enjoined from prohibiting developers from including in their apps and their metadata buttons, external links, or other calls to action that direct customers to purchasing mechanisms, in addition to In-App Purchasing and (ii) communicating with customers through points of contact obtained voluntarily from customers through account registration within the app.
In the full ruling, Judge Gonzalez-Rogers explained her thinking on the issue in greater detail. “The court cannot ultimately conclude that apple is a monopolist under either federal or state antitrust laws,” she writes in the ruling. “Nonetheless, the trial did show that apple is engaging in anti-competitive conduct under California’s competition laws.”

Does this mean that MS can put out an xCloud app?

I do not so much as support Epic as I despite Apple (as well as another monopolies) overcharging developers because its a monopoly. 30% royalty (before tax) is outrageous.

Hopefully, EU ( & I dispite EU) has the same ruling.

Hmm. I don't think this is the end of this. Especially given that Epic plans to appeal.
