Think of it this way....would you rather have all these vs conversations in threads that have nothing to do with comparisons? Where others get dragged into pointless debates that have nothing to do with the subject of the thread resulting in bans and needless Isle 5 cleanups for us mods.

Or would you rather have a dedicated thread to contain a larger amount of the insanity that is regurgitated on a daily basis so that way you can have a civil discussion in other threads and not have to read drivel you may or may not care to agree with?

This thread was a very real answer to the countless out of topic flaming and vs conversations that occur elsewhere on these forums and by and large it has served its purpose well. This is less cleanup for us mods and better conversations in other dedicated threads.

That said just like other threads you have the option to contribute to the conversations or just observe and laugh. Or never even enter the thread at all. No one is forced to read any of it.
