That's how it's supposed to be interpreted?
I read it as that you might need more than 107gb and maybe more? The thing about console storage I take mean that you should look over your free space on the hdd?
The issue isn't the storage or the update, or even game size per se. The issue is the installation process needing an absurd amout of free space to operate.

Once you start looking down at subtweets, you realize that most gamers on Twitter are the absolute worst! Whenever "influencers" like Tim Dog, Crap Gamer, or Jay Dub (on either side) are around, they're guaranteed to have minions leaching around closley, looking for something to eat. Gross!

VGTech's analysis of the Outriders demo. I'm sure there'll be another one for release. Pretty interesting results. It seems that the XSX version always wants to push for a higher resolution while the PS5 is going for most consistent performance. My question is why didn't the devs lower the res a little for the XSX like the PS5 and get more consistent FPS? Hmm.

They should just advertise games with “at 50fps”

LOL Series S

To be fair, I did say it's just a demo and there will be further analysis for final release.
And it is true. They could lower the res or be more dynamic to hit 60 more often.
But the video I saw wasn't horrible. It never hit 60 constantly. But was 58, 58, 57 most of the time.

Having said that. I have no interest in this game at all. Lol

Maybe they'll tighten the res and fps up for the Xbox at release, we'll see.

Seems like his big brag was playing on multiple devices. Gears 5 on Microsoft Windows PC, on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and xCloud. All one price all seamless with saves and achievements.

DF: PS5 4K/60 constant, no dips. XSX and XSS having software issues apparently.

Not sure if this is a patch or a complete new release for an older game?

"So, ultimately, a game that should have a large amount of overhead on the new machines (based on their unlocked behaviour on the last-gen enhanced consoles) should deliver a flawless experience on their shiny new equivalents. That is the case with PlayStation 5, but the drop is significant enough on Xbox Series X that we would hope to see EA revisit Hot Pursuit Remastered to iron out the problem there - and quite why there are any issues at all is a bit baffling. Meanwhile, the lack of Series S upgrades is also disappointing - there's no technical reason whatsoever why Microsoft's junior next generation console shouldn't be delivering 60fps. Enhancements like crossplay are welcome, but ultimately, the 30fps cap was the only real technological limitation that held back the original game and at full frame-rate, one of the best racing games ever made just feels sublime. Years on from its initial release, Hot Pursuit is still an absolute gem."

I think it's a cross-platform remaster.

So BC/Gamepass are the author's main reasons. Interesting.
It's awesome. No better value out there, and I am constantly going back to old games. Even more recent ones like Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. So it increases the value of my existing games. To me, at least. I even had to buy the extra storage. I ran out of internal pretty fast, and with game pass I'm always trying new games I wouldn't think about before. It's awesome.

Both Systems need more NEW games though. I bought Watchdogs: Legion recently just cuz I want to feel some of that new-gen goodness. I was playing Watchdogs 2 (because of BC improvements) and got too curious. It really is a generation better looking.

This launch drought definitely has people focusing more on older games while we wait for new titles to release.

If you watched the video the Xbox version drops as low as 49 FPS in one area only, which they mentioned was about three turns. Everywhere else it was 60 FPS and 4K. They also mentioned that the One X dropped in the same spot compared to the PS4 Pro version, even though the One X had a higher average FPS. Seems like it's something they could patch if they so desired....which they don't.
