I think the devs said second half of 2021 about a week ago. I bought it day one, played for an hour and decided to wait for the next gen patch. I’m not expecting it until late 2021 at the earliest now though.

Dude, the "You know nothing" Gif is to complement (as in inline, enforce) what you said, not targeting at you.........I even wrote that
XSX has moments where the game just straight up freezes and lurches. Check 13:10 and 16:10. That's running perfectly fine for you? DF even puts "possible I/O issue?" in the video.
That first guy is a total clown "Sony's library will get there eventually" lol they already have more 1st party next gen games released than MS and have another PS5 exclusive 1st party game coming in about 3 weeks. Sony also gave away a ton of their biggest hits from last gen all playable on the PS5, did MS do that? Nope lol. It's fine to like one over the other that's all personal preference and there is no right or wrong in that regard but his tweet is just idiotic.

The difference is (I read this I didn't know lol) that techniques like the one in HZD still hold the things/levels in memory even if they aren't rendering them, with R&C it's all dumped so they can use all of the memory on what you actually see.
Yeah that's a big difference. Because of how fast and efficient the system is, devs are able do more with the power where they see fit instead of keeping it in the memory.
Not anything worse than any other game I've played that haven't gotten the outlash. I will say though, my friend started playing it on his One X and couldn't play more than 1 hour, he did play through it after upgrading to a series X.
They should've scrapped last gen all together.

I put about 150 hours in on the Series X. Ran great for the most part, unless you're trying to screw it up. No running, no looking around quickly, no driving on the third Tuesday of a month...standard stuff.

Some older ps console exclusives games.
There are still a lot of PS titles that aren't on the PC from last gen. If you don't mind waiting a few years or a console generation, you can just go PC only to experience best of all three worlds.
Big difference from MS stance where all their new console exclusives get released same day.
