Thought this is something that'd be an interesting forum experiment in terms of helping out one another. We all have different bodies and sometimes they react in different and unexpected ways. Share problems/solutions you feel comfortable sharing with the intention that it'll benefit a fellow UGFer. Doesn't even need to be about yourself, maybe you got a kid or GF with a certain problem that needs helping.

Me? I get zits on my body. For the most part, they've disappeared, but I got plenty scars from the constant popping I used to do. Been wanting to buy some kind of scar cream that'll make it fade away a bit, but I'm just a bit pessimistic on the whole matter, 99.9% so in not wanting to spend money on something that won't do a damn thing. Part of me thinks there's a soap out there that'll do the trick, but that's wishful thinking. Any experience with this kind of stuff that can help a brother out?

I wonder if fruits and water will certain help healing the skin problems? Although each person is different, maybe it can help you in some case. I used to get pimple all the time when I was young and I hated that. I challenged myself to eat more healthy foods and eat a lot of fruits/drink water and it did helped smooth out my skins. I don't know about you but maybe try it out.

Ok... When I was in my 20's I used to get a condition that I called "toe jam" for some reason. It was a smelly black clay goo that would build up between my toes. The solution was to start wearing socks, and getting new shoes more than once a year.

I manage about 90% of my BO by shaving my pits. As I tend to be sweaty as well. Also the realization that no matter how tenacious mens fragrances were for deodorant, they all work better than au natural.

Get a steam shower. Put your clothes in the steam shower for 10 minutes before you go to work. It looks like you iron your clothing every day.

The Steam shower also works great for your skin, and eliminating most body smells.

If you want oral pleasure from hookups you have to manage the hair down there. I use a #4 blade on my clippers.

The absolute worst fashion mistake you can make with the women are falling apart shoes... Walmart sells a wide variety of plain black loafers for $10 to $20. Stock up and get like 10 pair when you go. Wear a new pair when ever you go out.

I am more convinced than ever that using porn makes you lazy, and slovenly. I reject all porn addiction theory.

Get gay friends. They will be more than helpful in helping you figure all this out.

I have NO heat except a little space heater, wife n kids went to the inlaws. Temps negative tonight. Think I'm skipping a shower tonight.

Can't say I have any personal hygiene issues at all.

Had a small amount of dandruff a few years back and started using a different shampoo which cleared it up.

Try a silicone scar bandage, Sharkboy. There's limits to what they can do, but they really work, even on older scars. There are medical procedures to reduce scars too, but they're expensive.

From personal experience, Rogaine and generic copies really do slow and reduce hairloss. But the later you start, the less effective they are.
The liquid solution contains alcohol which dries the scalp and causes itchiness and dandruff which can be relieved with vinegar applied to the scalp and a very good shampoo called Revita, which I would recommend to anyone who just wants better hair and scalp health, even if it isn't falling out.

What I need help with is puffy eyes in the morning from time to time. Any tips?

That's probably what I'll end up getting. Don't really want any procedures for a scar, none of them are that bad, but having them at least faded away more would do the trick for me.

As for puffy eyes, what position do you sleep in? It could be a simple matter of putting another pillow under the head to pull fluid away from the eye. You get enough sleep? If you get under 7 hours, but can't afford to get more, maybe try taking 10-20 minute naps here and there. Are you aware of how much sodium or alchohol you consume? Reduction of both could help as well.

Not much alcohol, Sodium, not sure. Probably not excessive. I might be sensitive to it?
I'll try head elevation. It seems to happen when I sleep in.

Hygiene advice...get a tongue scraper if you haven't already. Most bad breath comes from the tongue and once you start scraping and see the gunk that comes off you'll never go back. Same with flossing though that is even more important for your overall health and longevity.

My unofficial new years resolution is to step up how I take care of my teeth, and getting a tongue scraper is part of what I'm going to do. My teeth aren't really too bad, but I definitely don't clean them as well as I could.
