Lego Batman 3

Had anyone played LB3? I bought it for my son for Christmas and am hoping its good. We really enjoyed Lego Marvel Super Heroes, I think it prolly the best of the "super hero" Lego games. He also has Lego Batman 2, while good isnt as good as Marvel Super Heroes. Any impressions of Batman 3?

So far it hasn't been as good as Marvel for m. I may be more towards the beginning but it feels like too much is in their space station. I hope that it opens up soon. I will admit that I like the Marvel characters more thoughI did enjoy Batman 2.

Is it like MSH gameplay wise, open "world" where you can travel around to the different story mission spots or just goof around if you feel like it? That's what I really liked about MSH versus the prior Batman games, plus I like the Marvel Universe more myself too.

So far, not really. It has been just the space station. I prefer Gotham and NYC. It's not bad, I'm not feeling it though. Perhaps because Marvel was so great.

How's the roster in the game? Is it anywhere near MSH? I'm sure my son will love it regardless, he loves just about anything Marvel/DC related. It's just going to be hard to top MSH.

The roster is just as big, I just dont recognize most of them. Your son should enjoy it, my daughter at she 9 loves it.

At least it has a good roster then. I'm sure it'll still be pretty fun, my son has asked me a bunch of times now to get it. He'll be psyched :)

Yeah, a year ago I wouldn't believe I'd find myself saying I'm looking forward to a lego movie, but I was surprised just how good the Lego Movie was.

Yeah it was good the first time I saw it, as was that song. Now that I've seen it umpteen million times...
 
They missed a huge opportunity not getting Will Arnett to voice Batman in the new Lego game.
