This is not Hazard71(Keith) this his twin brother Kevin. I didn't know how to let you all know other than like this but Keith lost his battle with cancer last night. I wanted to post here because he loved these forums and being part of this community. What you a did for him with the Xbox One X and money for some games meant so much to him when he was diagnosed. He really loved the times he got to game with some of you over the years. Thank you all so much.

I will keep watching this thread for a few days to read your responses
I am so sorry to hear this, Kevin. I know what you're feeling as I went through it with a sister. I'm happy to know our community here touched him, and helped him along the way of his journey. He'll always be a part of all of us here.

Sending you and your family love.

♥

I'm truly sorry for your loss. I don't want to speak for everyone, but Keith was a great guy on these forums and will be missed. He won't be forgotten.

I don't know if we can or you'd like to, but if donations or thoughts could be shared in his memory somehow, I'd like to take part.

RIP Keith ❤

I was hoping this day would never come. I kept hoping for the best, miracles, improvements in health care and cancer cures for Keith. Him and I have been gaming together for about 20 years, and played together quite a bit back in the day. I am very saddened for your loss, and thank you for letting us know. He will always be a part of our life, and I will never forget him.

We're all poorer for his passing but richer for the time we had. Prayers for your family.

I always try to hide from this thread whenever it pops up always expecting to see the worst. It finally happened and I don't even know what to say. I didn't know him, and only interacted with him once wishing him well. I'm really sad about this, especially when for a while things were seemingly getting better. I don't know. It's not fair. I'm glad that he doesn't have to suffer through this stuff anymore and he had friends and family that cared for him and helped him through it all. Very sorry for your loss. Not just for his family, but for all of his friends here as well.

We lost one of our brothers at "Union"VGF. I am speechless today as it settles in. I was getting ready for work this morning, and I always sit on the side of the bed next to my wife (my wife sleeps in longer than I do) to give my wife a hug before work. I read her the message that Keith's brother posted here (and a message that he sent me via PM), and I just was in mad tears. It's not fair. I know it's life, but it's still not fair. My wife said it was god's decision and that god has plans for him. I am not a religious person at all (not an Atheist, but agnostic.) I hope she is right, because I just want him to be happy.

Didn't really know him that well but he always came across like a great guy and he was part of this family we have going here, I'm sorry to hear he has lost his fight but I'm also proud of him for fighting bravely for as long as he did. RIP
