I haven't read much about the new offering after EA's shambolic effort (personal opinion) last year but I'm (like most years) considering it. Does anyone else have the game ordered, paid for ext?

Nope, i haven't bought Madden at release in like 7 years lol. If Madden 15 delivers i'll consider getting it.
Think I'll be skipping this for the second straight year. The only EA game I am looking at picking up this year is NHL.
I don't think its to bad but then again this is the first madden game I've played in about15 years so I don't really have much to compare it to
I was thinking. The Patriots did buy Revis Island and we are winning the Super Bowl this year.. So i think i have to get Madden 15 no matter what. It's about time.
EA sure isn't parading the game around for the media are they?
The game comes out late this month and they haven't really showed much of it. We had some E3 footage and that's about it.

Same. Madden 25 was the first one I had bought in a long time. I think I had it for less than a month.
This one seems better then last years.

I think I had it less than a week and a half lol. I bought madden for many years but the last few I had grown tired of it and skipped it, then along came the new gen of consoles and Madden 25 so I figured I'd give it another shot, big mistake. I'm not saying it was a poor quality title, I thought it was fine but there is just something lacking in football games to me. It's probably just my tastes that have changed but as much as I love watching NFL and going to watch it in person when I can (which is a blast) the experience of playing an NFL video game just seems to be missing something.
I'm with the majority here, Madden has gotten stale over the past years, I had high hopes with the new generation of consoles, but I have been disappointed with what I have seen, not much different in gameplay, etc. etc. I hope sales tank this year and that sends a message to EA that we are bored with there Madden series and they better open there eyes and produce a great football game, or continue to loose sales. My only other hope is someday they wont have the exclusive license anymore.
By the way. What happens in 2o24 when Madden 25 would come out? They already used the name last year for the 25th anniversary. Will they call it Madden 25 2.0? Or maybe they know 2k will be back by then and the Madden franchise will be finished anyway.

Yeah, I thought about this myself last year (haha).
Anyway, the game looks very solid. Many improvements and additions and finally an acceptable halftime show! Only took 10 years (lol).
Love that they implemented NCAA's no huddle too -- I've been wanting that for years.

Yeah, nothing mind-blowing or amazing but it definitely looks like a solid game. The improvements (at least to me) are noticeable.
EA have finally done it BG. All these years of you having to listen to my bitching, and they finally did it.
They finally made players that look like actual NFL players.
This shouldn't be a big surprise, but it was just announced that there will NOT be a demo for this year's Madden. I suspect this is a move to further push EA Access subscriptions (play the game 5 days early) rather than any indication of "hiding" the lack of quality.
I would fully expect EA Access will be out of beta any day now so people can sign up to get Madden early now that there isn't a demo.

The one thing Madden needs to improve on is its presentation. It just sucks! 15 is looking pretty solid though. STILL cant hold a candle to 2K though.
