Marvel’s What If…? - What If Scenarios Of The MCU

First episode was awesome. Loved the cell shaded style and the moments and angles were top notch.
The action was dope!
She seem more brutal when fighting than Steve ever was, except for that kick that kick that knocked a guy into the railing and off the boat. That guy drown, probably paralyzed, or died on impact…in “the winter soldier opening scene

Definitely liked all the animation and also thought it was really cool, BUT the pacing on the story seemed a bit off? I know why they had to fly through it, just seemed a bit strange. Either way I need to watch the second episode on the big screen tonight.

They had a golden opportunity to make Tchalla interesting as Star Lord. Give him a nasty attitude. Make him a goofball. Make him interesting. But no, he's a one-dimensional character that can do no wrong. And throw in the same jokes every other minute.

The animation and art direction (some of the colour palette reminded me of BotW) are spectacular, better than most cell shaded cartoons/anime/games I’ve seen (land of the lustrous, give it a look, great cinematography).

I had fun with this episode, a lil slow, but some “woah” moments. It was bit of a cliche that it felt like ant-man and I was really hoping for someone to say “son of a bitch, I’m in” And it felt very twilight zone-ish, in a good way.

3 out of 4

LMAO at this description from another forum:
I was waiting for bad twist to happen, but so far everyone in Episode 2 seems way more mellow than in the main universe.
Mellow = boring and vanilla as hell.

I'm been prompted to think about what the episodes are trying to convey: it's the same characters we know and love, but in different situations. The situations don't change the characters - they're innately who they are. There might be some character quirks that are different, but ultimately they're the same people.

I can't weigh in on the show, only watched the first 5 mins of episode one, but I do have to say that I'm not a fan on Disney's implementation of Dolby Vision on this so far. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too contrasty, eye searing whites. I get that they've had complaints about faking Dolby Vision in the past, but this is NOT a fix.

I really enjoyed episode 2. Almost preferred it over the first one.

Zombies was my first full episode, it will also be my last. Not remotely the direction I was hoping they'd take with this extremely popular story line, not for me.
