I never played the originals but I played the demo tonight and it's got a fun personality to it so I'll be picking it up when it comes out.

It would be like if Microsoft made a remake of Nightcaster. It doesn't make much sense.

Yeah I think I'm going to skip it after all or pick it up down the road when it's on sale, the gameplay does feel a bit outdated. I don't know why these studios that are doing remakes think they have to be so "true to the original" when improvements have been made since the game they are recreating was originally released. They should feel free to make it better in more ways than just the graphics.

I do like the updated visuals though.
