I already talked about this in the general Xbox One thread, but it's best not to 'infect' that thread with it.

During this E3 but also for a while now i have noticed that several PS4 exclusives are looking rather damn good, very impressive. Some of them photo realistic like The Order and if we are to believe the press Bloodborne looks stunning. Now we did see a CG trailer, but the screenshots look pretty damn crazy. The leaked offscreen footage looks good too,but not as stunning as the screens though. So the jury is still out on that.

Then there is also Driveclub. Now i am not looking forward much to that game, but graphically it is absolutely stunning and while i am looking forward to Forza Horizon 2 a lot, it is not nearly as impresssive looking as DC. Then again...DC is not open world like Forza is, or is it? And last but not least Uncharted 4. For a minute when that trailer was on...i thought..oh s***, now Drake's gonna stand up and it will transition into gameplay right away. It didn't though, but the developer is claiming it's all realtime on PS4.....yeah we will see, but if that is indeed how it will look during gameplay, that is just complete insanity.

I am a big Xbox gamer, but i can't deny that Xbox One games do not look as impressive as the PS4 titles i mentioned. Now to be fair, we did not see a shred of gameplay from the 2015 and beyond titles like Gears of War and Halo 5, but damn. Yes Sunset Overdrive looks good, but it really does not impress me as much as The Order for example. So early in the console lifecycle and devs can already have such a photo realistic looking game? What could this mean? Are the developers working exclusively for Sony just more capable/talented, is the PS4 just that much more easy to work with and also powerful?

Again, we have not seen a thing of Phantom Dust or Scalebound , Halo 5 or Gears of War, but it sure seems PS4 will be the first to really deliver some beyond stunning games, graphically speaking, first. I love amazing graphics and i hope we will see some games in the near future that reach that level of graphics on Xbox One as well. Don't get me wrong though, i am definitely buying Xbox One first, cause the upcoming titles this year are way more interesting IMO. I mean mostly graphically speaking. I hope we can keep this nice and friendly.

*sigh*

If you are such a big Xbox supporter why not wait and see some actual gameplay for all those games you mentioned?
E3 is a place where people showcase (keyword 'showcase') upcoming games. These games may or may not be representative of final quality.

If you are so into graphics get a PC. I'm serious. If you don't like playing on PC then stop console gaming entirely because you aren't getting 'the best graphics' on consoles.
Both the PS4 & Xb1 will have graphical stunners.

Yeah I'm closing this.

The Order looks far from photo realistic.

Drive Club gameplay looks marginally better than Forza 5.

The Uncharted 4 footage we've seen is not gameplay but a cut scene with filters. It will still look good. It just won't be as good as the footage.
