I can’t wait to play this on the Series X. This will be my first time playing The Show. I played the MLB 2K games back in the 360 days.

Oh baby give me that Steel Book.

How much is the Jackie Robinson edition? So generous of Sony to donate $1 of each one sold.

I think the cheapest one is $85. Comes with both gens of the game (disc for old, digital for new) and some other stuff like card packs and what not. For me that is perfect as I don't know if I'll have a PS5 by launch. I was worried when they said you'd have to pay extra for both versions but it's only $15 more than standard edition for XSX/PS5.

Nobody in Europe gives a damn.

Well I pre-ordered the Jackie Robinson version because of the sweet ass steelbook, but looks like the PS5 code it comes with still requires the disc. I don't mind discs for single player games but this is one that I will play off and on so guess I'll just stick with digital version.

I never understood baseball.

Seems like Americans like to watch sports that stop every 10 sec, like your "Football".

It's what makes American Football so strategic though. There is a LOT of depth to it, and that makes it interesting to people. That and the explosiveness that you don't get with constant motion. Each play has a level of drama to it. That said, it's not like we don't have soccer, basketball, and hockey that are popular as well. Those are not stop-style sports.

So why wasn't it popular outside America? Just curious
