MS will, as it will be an Xbox Game Studios game. Just like Marvel and Sony made Spider-Man PS exclusive. It happens.
Hard to say. We don't khow when the deal to use the Indy licence was made. I would not be shocked if this was multiplatform, and not in Gamepass day 1.
They keep saying this game was started before the acquisition, so I doubt it’s exclusive.

Avowed was started before the acquisition. Hellblade 2 was started before the acquisition. Bleed Edge was started before the acquisition. Just that they were announced after the acquisition.
Could be exclusive or timed or marketing rights or not, it all depends on their relationship with Lucas, and at the moment they have marketing rights. They had it before with KOTOR and currently Sony has exclusive rights to the game because they now own insomniac and that game was in development before the acquisition...we just won’t know till maybe e3
Only thing to potentially temper hype....good chance Indiana Jones is still in pre-production. Long ways from release. I believe Wolf 3 will be out late 2021/early 2022 and then Machine Games moves the bulk of their team to full production on Indy. I don't care if it's exclusive but for now I'm betting it is. Really early. By focusing on less platforms, it can release on Xbox earlier. Would be surprised if there was something in the contract that was going to require the game to release on all platforms. At minimum, I believe it's temp exclusive. Just an educated guess. Really doubt they wait a decade between Wolf 2 and the conclusion to the trilogy.
