Nintendo 3DS XL gets a $40 gift card at Target, 2DS with 'Pokemon X' is $100

Target updated its game deals for the week of Sunday, April 13 by not only offering a hefty gift card for the Nintendo 3DS XL but also by slashing the price off the Nintendo 2DS. This includes the bundle that comes with “Pokemon X”. There are also some decent discounts on PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 games as well as the Xbox One console.
The Nintendo 3DS XL is available for $199.99 from Target but it comes with a free $40 gift card. This is good for all colors of the console including the recently released Yoshi Edition of the handheld.

Meanwhile, the price of the Nintendo 2DS was cut $30 and can be picked up for $99.99. The red version of the budget handheld that is normally $149.99 and comes with “Pokemon X” is included as part of this offer and is also available for $99.99.

The Xbox One console isn’t left out of the deal offers either as Target is offering a free 12-month Xbox LIVE Gold subscription with the purchase of the “Forza Motorsport 5” bundle. However, this deal is in-store only as the retailer is only offering a $20 discount off the membership online. The “Titanfall” bundle is still available for $449.99 though.

Finally, Target is offering discounts on a number of games for all platforms. You can get $20 off titles like “South Park: The Stick of Truth”, “Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII”, “Gran Turismo 6”, “Just Dance 2014” and “Killzone: Shadow Fall”. Additionally, there are $10 off deals on “Titanfall”, “Call of Duty: Ghosts”, “Battlefield 4”, “Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare” and the “Sims: Starter Pack”.
These deals will be good at Target through Saturday, April 12. Free shipping is available along with in-store pickup. State sales tax is applicable however, but can be partially negated by using the Target Redcard to save five percent off your final purchase price
