The Pokémon Company has settled its November 2019 lawsuit against two Pokémon Sword and Shieldleakers, according to court documents filed Tuesday. The company filed the lawsuit in 2019 after photos of an unreleased Pokémon Sword and Shield strategy guide was published online — before the game’s release date.

The defendants are required to pay The Pokémon Company $150,000 each in damages and attorneys’ fees.

Nintendo should be sued for the overcharged and underperformed remakes they do.

Should be noted that these were employees. Anyone whose ever worked under a NDA should know better. Hope they managed to get $150k out of this whole ordeal.
