nVidia 5000 Series GPU Rumored To Offer Biggest Performance Leap In History

5000 series better be. 4090 is nice, but huge in size and not worth the asking price. Same with the 4080. Glad I didn't bite.

I kinda need to buy a new Mac, and reference monitor, all my licenses are tied to it too :( and ease of use…the pc would mainly be for gaming and other work related stuff.

But I may end up building one for my niece, should I go with an Nvidia or (when the time comes) just spring for an amd? She does want to her fav game on pc is sea of thieves, and want to stream…her dad only plays league, most everything else on consoles.

Mac is a different beast.

You're gonna be waiting forever. PC tech evolves every year. You either buy or you don't buy at all.
Nvidia's GPU's aren't usually a year apart in recent years.

This series could be a year later which would is unusual and worth waiting for to some.

So you can either wisely wait and get it or wisely wait and get a 4090 for less.

Saying you have to buy now or not at all is some dumb s***.
