I'd rather be playing Killer Instinct.

I, for the life of me, cannot figure out why this is my most anticipated launch title. I'm a huge Roman history nerd, so that probably contributes to it. Combat might not be the greatest aspect of the game, but I'm still excited to play this game. I'm remaining hopeful.

I think it will definitely be worth playing at some point. I would be more comfortable picking it up at launch if we could get some really good hands on impressions of the gladiator mode and the break down of player progression and such.

Still interested in this but might not get it right away now.

Single player could be fun but I'm not interested in the MP at the moment.

Personally I can't wait for this game. Wish I lived somewhere close to anywhere hands on demos were being played.

Apparently, there is a new rumor that Crytek's plan for a sequel to Ryse should it do well in sales would be, Ryse: Knights of England.

Crytek could be waiting to see if Ryse: Son of Rome sales prove fruitful on the console and, meanwhile, would be already planning a sequel set set in Medieval England that includes dragons.

Just finished watching a marathon of spartacus and feel like I'm in the mood for a game like this. I actually can't wait to play this.

The E3 demo was poorly handled but the SP still appeals to me in large part due to the Roman setting.

I'm excited about the Roman aspect of the game. The game itself just seems so mediocre to me. Will definitely rent though.

Somehow it reminds me of 99 Knights just a little bit, which was a really good looking game, but really shallow in the play, with to many unfinished concepts. Anyhow Ive already ordered it and will be playing it the 22nd.

I am really interested in the title but after watching game play vidoes I feel like the combat definitely needs to be tightened up. Something just looks off.

Come on Crytek, dial it in. I'm counting on you.

I like the setting but think ill wait for a price drop. Hope it gets good reviews.

I keep going back and forth on this one. Of the four games I pre-ordered it is the one that I consider canceling the most, but I think I might just cancel Madden and keep this, Dead Rising 3, and Battlefield.

I love the hack and slash genre. Bought games such as Draconus on Dreamcast, Enclave on Xbox, and this one gives me that same feel good vibe that i lke about the genre. I hope the levels are big and theres atleast some exploration involved. Defo my must have game for the X1. Hack and slash 24/7 always pulls me in. That it looks so freaking beautiful and that the execution moves are gorey as hell has me wanting new videos.
Need to see more!

Awwwwww yeah, Draconus and Enclave. Now we're talking. Enclave was brutally hard, too. If Ryse channels those games, I'll be a very happy camper, indeed.

I think the combat would benefit more in this game if it was slower... also they should really tone down that slow mo..

Im going to give Ryse a chance. Its beautiful, and the co-op sounds like it has a little depth with all the armor unlocks. Hope my son gets a copy for Christmas. Im spending $550 getting him an X1, surely his mother can come through with a few games.

Most definitely! That parrying fighting system of Draconus and the brutal difficulty of Enclave would be total nirvana in Ryse. Oh and I want minotaurs! They were freaking bad ass in Draconus! LOL.

I feel like since its a new system I need to try a new franchise. I have a feeling ill get kameo'd. You know pretty game that is just decent. Can't bring it all together.

Draconus and Enclave. I like your style.

I ain't really in to these types of games but I'm all for giving it a go if it turns out good. As it stands I won't be buying on launch but maybe down the line if reviews are good and I talk myself in to it.
