Ori and the Will of the Wisps - Tears will be Shed

I’m still loving the game, but it’s broken for me now. Without any spoilers, when I hit the Second phase of the boss in the ‘dark’ area, my screen starts to get whitish lines, and then goes totally dark, except the health bar and pause menu. I’m playing on hard.

Has anyone else had this problem??

Weird. Never had that problem.

Well my Ori experience has ended. Ran into a game breaking glitch. When I load my latest save, Ori floats in a grey space for a while, then loads into a incomplete level, where he either gets stuck in a fall animation or falls off the edge of the incomplete level forever falling. Can't get to any menus or even pause the game. All of my back up saves have the same issue bar one the is nearly 3-4 hours back. No thanks, I'll move on to something else.

That sucks for those of you crashing. I finished it recently and loved it.

wshowers So if it helps, I read on the forums to transfer the game either from the internal drive to your external drive, or vice versa.

I just did that and it’s works perfectly now. Weird. But a patch is supposed to be coming this week anyways.

I remember in the first game I accidentally died in in spot that kept respawning me in the same exact place and I would die instantly just to respawn again and continue in a loop.

I'll give it a shot. The issue is prevelent on both my PC and XB1X. The PC version is on an internal SSD but the XB1X version is on an external HDD. Gonna try swapping the XB1X version to internal storage.

I had to stop because it crashes my whole system :( maybe I'll move to my local drive and see if that helps...

To anyone having technical troubles- I moved the game to my internal hard drive and haven't had any issues so far. It might help.

How long is this game? I have 13 hours sunk in and not even 45% complete.

Loving it, though

Depends if you bother with the side quests. And are you playing on hard or normal?

There are 2 boss fights (one boss fight and one chase sequence) that accounted for about 30% of the total time I played the game...I almost threw my controller out the window a bunch of times.

I plaan to 100% complete it on normal, then do hard.

I've had a chase sequence.I'm currently gathering up the wisps. I assume thee boss fight comes when I have them all.

At the end, yes. But there are 3 or 4 other big area bosses before that one. On hard one of them was brutal!

Like Cuphead brutal.
