The issue I've found is either Developers or MS stop updating their PC games. For instance, A Plague Tale Innocence runs terribly on my new PC from PC Game Pass. However, I have a another copy on Steam and it runs beautifully. Come to find out, PC Game Pass has an older version of the game. I'm kind of disappointed in that. Not sure who's at fault there. I know its an older title, but that shouldn't stop them from keeping it up to date.

MS should just buy Steam/Valve, and make that the new Xbox Live and Xbox Store and dump what MS has now.

It looks much worse while playing than videos online. Seems like it'll only be fun with other players after playing through the first 2 stages.

There is a deal right now for it, $1 for three months. I'll take it since I used Bing Rewards for a month sub early in the year and then never used it.

I did this when Back 4 Blood came out, it was great. I wished I saved it for when I did the 1:1 XBL Gold to Ultimate conversion thing but it's okay, still great value over 3 years.

Yeah it’s a port but it is so well done despite the odd bug. The main thing that impresses me about it is that even after nearly 30 years the story and design/ gameplay is still better than a lot of games you see today.
This trilogy is closer to 10 years old though, still, it definitely holds up. The old snes game even holds up well imo.

Oh I know. But it’s still a port of a name from 30 years back. I struggle to understand how modern game companies just can’t replicate this kind of game these days.
