So far it's all old. But yes new ones coming out now will probably head to PC at some point maybe.
Returnal already leaked, Ghost of Tsushima already leaked. Sony announced The Last of Us Part 1 coming to PC "soon". New ips and new games.

So not just old, and no maybes.

Returnal came out 1.5 years ago, ghost of Tsushima came out 2+ years ago.

The last of us part 1 was supposed to launch same day wasn't it according to someone but now no date announced so we will see when that gets a PC port.

I said new IPs and you said:

Returnal is a new ip. Ghost of Tsushima is a new ip. In fact, they are the newest IPs that Sony has released. Can't get any newer than that. Actually, they haven't announced any newer IPs than those.

Oh you meant historically new. Yes.

In terms of when they released, they are old and known by now by couple years. That's what I meant when I said old. Not like the IP is old.

Regarding The Last of Us Part 1, it wasn't supposed to be day and date with console. Sony said "very soon"

Feel like games age as fast, if not faster, than dogs….only they tend to find better homes quickly, and then passively forgotten, the games not the dogs, I hope
I had a dog, he got cancer and we had to put him down, his tongue changed from pink to blue when he left his earthl shell, my heart broke.
Now I dislike most dogs and owners I meet on my walks, they take s***s and bark and I want to punch the owners.

Okay, we've got the country music lyrics, we just need a tune.

RIP, remember, all dogs go to heaven.

What's that have to do with what's going on now though? maybe I missed part of the conversation but why was Psygnosis brought up to begin with? that situation and this one are nothing alike.

You bought them into this conversation.

You bought them into this conversation.
You and Mangos were talking about them I didn't say anything about them until you had talked about them being taken over and ruined etc. If you are going by Mangos saying I explained something about money it had to do with the price hike not a company Sony bought before the first PlayStation even launched.

It was brought up that the purchase of Activision was "unprecedented". I took that to mean that the purchase of a major gaming publisher was unprecedented, which is why I mentioned it.

"The new PS Plus has tiers and essentially it’s like the old PS Plus, we still release two or three new games every month and a new tier, Extra, has a catalogue of hundreds of games for people to play. For Extra, our approach [is] we like to help the publishers [with] lifecycle management. I was managing first-party [at PlayStation] so I know that it’s like in the movies — a movie comes out at the theatre first, then goes to pay per view, or a subscription service, or free TV, every time generating new revenue and reaching out to a broader audience.

"In the same kind of way, we believe in the premium release of a title at launch and after maybe six months, or three months, or three years, when the game's sales come down, inclusion into this service, PS Plus Extra, can help introduce these games to new, broader audiences. Some people might have missed these games when they came out and it’s a great chance to play and generate word-of-mouth or if there’s DLC or a sequel going, we can help elevate interest to a broader audience about the franchise.

"So we are encouraging publishers to make use of these services in managing the lifecycle of each title."

Later in the talk, he addressed that subscriptions services are still "kind of experimental for [Sony] at this point," but Stray, which released day-and-date on PS Plus Extra, was a good example of success for both the service and the title.

His comments echoed those of PlayStation boss Jim Ryan, who told us back in March that the platform holder's games could suffer if they went straight into the subscription service at launch."

According to Mr. Yoshida, the beloved Jimbo identified that the PS had an overwhelming focus on AAA titles during 2018 and 2019, and tasked teams to do something about it.
That led to Yoshida changing roles and Greg Rice being hired to promote PS Indies.
