These things change from gen to gen.But yeah, the brand certainly took a good beating this gen.A good reveal with plenty of quality new exclusives could easily change that.
Japanese games are hardly a miss either, the Xbox has never been a Jap game console. If somebody like EA or Rockstar were doing it then it would be a big problem.
I'd be surprised if the d-pad ends up looking so much like the elite's.
Street fighter was cause Sony funded it.I don't know about that. Let's agree to disagree. Xbox not getting some of the "AAA" titles the likes of Street Fighter 5, Final Fantasy 7, Persona 5, NiOh and Dragon Quest XI while the titles see releases on damn near everything else not to mention the smaller middle-ware titles outright skipping , could give pause to a consumer who wants the complete experience or at least not wait a year or so to play it.
Atleast this one looks usable.
Looks awesome, but not a chance they would put an Xbox Elite Dpad on it.
It hardly set the world alight in any regard.Only sold like 4 million copies and took along time to do so. Didn't metacritic amazingly. Also got lots of negative feedback from users.not sure if serious or stupid?
Well MK is casual friendly unlike SF.SFV has been improved since it launched, it's still not a huge commercial success though but people in the fighting game scene like it a lot. I know this will make Val puke but I like the two MK games we've gotten this gen much better and they've also sold a lot better.
Very few people could give a flying f*** about evo. The whole convo was around it being exclusive and bad for the other guy. If all you got is evo and viwership numbers that show most don't care, then lolz.Well MK is casual friendly unlike SF.
So they sell better but aren't as respected and don't headline Evo.
To who? Not to consumers clearly. And your basis for that statement is cause it headline an event the majority don't care about.I said already that it's still the most respected fighting game and this matters as well.
Majority of pro fighting fans care.To who? Not to consumers clearly. And your basis for that statement is cause it headline an event the majority don't care about.
Sure...But as we have just said, they are so few and largely irrelevan't to the topic this convo started with.Majority of pro fighting fans care.
Right, call me when you don't need to have a question mark in your title. After all that...nobody knows and speculation is pointless. Rumours are too back and fourth without any driving direction or narrative.
Only a few more months to wait for confirmation.
Stop buying them then.
It is stupid to me. Especially when you factor in how they are priced.I never do.
It’s funny though, I coach a high school team and I talk gaming with the kids sometimes. I can’t believe how much time/money they spend on just aesthetic stuff.
I started gaming on an Atari 2600, so I just use what the game provides. To spend extra money on assets is completely foreign to me.
