I tried Plutosphere tonight. I only paid like $5 for two hours just to test the performance and my internet speed.
It was pretty freaking cool. Half-life Alex looked and ran good for the most part. A few stutters and hitches.

I wonder if Sony plans on doing something similar via the cloud? Microsoft too. I’d pay extra to be able to stream PCVR games from an online super computer.

I’m going to try Shadow PC next and compare it. Their pricing seems better. I mean $30 a month seems high and it is. But it has persistent storage for saves and not having to install the game every time you start up a session like on Plutosphere.
I think their online storage is $10 a month on top of hourly charges.

But anyway, the tech is pretty cool. I wish the console manufacturers would bring Steam games/ VR to the consoles.

I said this was a waste of resources all along, the audience for it is just too small and it's too expensive to bring in new casual players.

Too soon for the console base, but I good standard tho. It felt better and was easier to use than the first. Got me sick just as quick only at a higher resolution this time, surprised it didn’t hit me faster 😆

Can you still return things to Walmart if the box it came in isn’t fully intact ?
PSVR 2 comes in a clam shell box with a sleeve type box over the top of the other box.
I ripped the sleeve box and tossed it.

I’m still within my 14 day return window.

You could always ask and just say it was thrown away by accident.
What’s sad, is that I actually love the PSVR 2.
f*** you Sony.

lol. Nah. I’ll probably get my money’s worth out of it. There are a ton of games that I want to get on it. A lot of them over priced at the moment.
Also, I do plan on buying or building a good PC at some point.

Keep in mind, this is again, a rumor. Sony hasn't said any such thing.

Sony has recently added nvidia support to the psvr2 firmware suggesting it's really intending it to run on pc and not steam vr from the ps5!
