Quick ? on BF4 settings

I played BF3 on the 360, and I could have sworn you could edit your loadouts before you joined a game. I cant seem to find this option in BF4. Is this possible?

No and I really don't get why they removed it.

You can edit your loadouts at any time on Battlelog (both the site and app).
