I heard CoD mobile is very popular in China, much like PubG is is India. Warzone is still popular.

I wouldn't be surprise they made a Chinese COD where you play as member of People liberation Army soon.

Stock has a lot to do with it. To make money is not enough, you need to grow in profit to please shareholders.

Yes, and the stocks are what puts people in that short term mentality. Make money today, and so what if you are pushing workers to make a buggy product that's going to explode in 6 months? Announce the game is doing fine and keep the stocks high.

They are actually acting against their own long term best interests. They will end up making less money in the long term because they only cared about today.

This one isn't as impressive graphically because it's during the day and all of the shiny reflection effects are missing but man a more polished version of a game like this would be fun lol.

Top executives being greedy & took lionshare all the money while treating low level workers as expanables are not new. Its unfornate same in mine. 2 tier system, the untouchable & the expendable.

They cut our pay (said corona) but when ask why ain't their pay being cut, our ex coe said their pay was decide by shareholders, also cutting top executives will made them go to other companies. the same CEO that tell us to be royal to the company.

This is the type of shi+, plus political corruption/self interest that lead so many (especially young) people to support communism/socialism. which is worse (we knew, 1/2 of germany & half of Europe were communist, if its that good, people will have protest to return) , but current politcal climate & corp greed are not helping for sure.
My first fulltime job was in a hospital in 1993 and our facility paid about $3.00 an hour lower for entry level jobs and $7.00 an hour lower for nursing than the area average. Our CEO was making twice what the CEO's of much bigger hospitals in our area made and our CFO and COO were making about the same as the CEO's of those other hospitals. What made it worse was we had a wage freeze on for two years and our CEO gave himself a $1 million bonus, if it hadn't been for the local paper we wouldn't have known. They tried to say "oh well the board approved it because he was doing such a good job" lol no other hospital in our area paid that low or had a wage freeze yet he was doing a good job?

That's about the time I started to realize that with a lot of companies employees are looked at as a necessary evil and not part of the team. The people who actually do the work keeping the places running and taking care of all of the things that need to be taken care of are interchangeable drones to board members and executives. It may be different in small companies where there is an actual owner who gets to know each employee or at least see's their faces every day but when you can basically hide from the people who work for you and you rarely if ever see them they really don't mean much and it's sad.

Those first few lines remind me of high school, make it stop....I still have recurring dreams of failing or not studying for an exam

“The Yakuza series has been transformed into a turn-based RPG. On the other hand, over the year, Ryu ga Gotoku Studio has accumulated resources and know-how of making flashy and exhilarating action games that are effortless to enjoy. We decided that we should let our signature action gameplay live on through Lost Judgement.”

Competition is good. Whether you look epic store or the company. Epic support small studio much more than stream. Steam demand 30% of your revenue, & epic 12% & only if you made 100k I’m revenue or more, otherwise they do not even charge. The difference is significant.

Steam does willing to lower royality, & like epic baes on revenue, but the other direction! They will lower the royalties if you made MORE revenu, in effort to attract big developers like Cancom, Ubisoft. so if you are an india Studio, you pay more in royalty ( by percentage) than big studios.....

I have a lot of criticism of epic, but it’s obviously there is a double standard where come company like Sony and steam were tried less harshly than MS and Epic.

“Sexism has no place in our industry, our games or in society. Activision is no longer working with Jeff Leach. We strongly condemn these remarks. We are committed to delivering a fun and safe experience for all players.”

What did he said? I do not want to click on twitter with my work PC.

These are two of the things he said, below...

“She’d actually have to be amusing, she couldn’t just rely on her horrendous cleavage.”

“I love how it’s always like some dirty, dirty, gross f**king looking emo b**ch who looks like she f**king has no chance of getting a bit of d**k in her.”

So he was cancel for saying out loud what many people ( male amd female) thinks. If this qualified for cancellation, then half of Unionvgf members should be cancelled for what had been postEd in this forum.

everyone knows that being attractive ( both gender, but more often female) is a big advantage in many things, like streaming, TV, modeling etc. But somehow saying out loud is taboo. Sure the language is not pretty, but the core idea is same.

as for the 2nd one. Again the language is not nice, but how is it sexist, at most it is offensive to perceive unattractive people. I am sure he will say the same about a guy not getting pu**y for their looks.

I wanted to give a big shout out to "It Takes Two" by Hazelight Studios.

The game is fantastic. It's a co-op game with awesome and varied gameplay, beautiful graphics, and a good story.

Lots of fun and challenging. They really put a lot of imagination into the game.

Graphics are fantastic too. The models are really detailed and dense, and the lighting and materials are top notch.

Been playing it with my daughter and working together to solves puzzles is a blast.

Highly recommended
