It is designed as a production card, for CAD, movie production and the likes , but this gen they decide to market it also as a 8K gaming card for the hardcore PC gamers with disposable income ( not me sadly)

Interesting. Looks like it will go to trial. Epic has an uphill battle I think because the precedent it would set for forcing apple to allow epic to install on their own and Epic didn't just break the contract they planned out breaking it.

Not defending or attack any company. But I relapsed a while ago, the law is only as good as the people enforcing it, police, judges etc.

sadly, we cannot trust judges.

...and on that note, yes I was talking xCloud, obviously... but what if they were hoping the exchange offer wasn't just for iPhone/iPad, but what if you could use your Xbox controller with an Apple TV box and play via xCloud? 🤔

actually you could use the Xbox controller on the Apple TV, hell when they unveiled Apple Arcade they had an Xbox controller on hand and in their slide show... but yeah I hope it’s an exchange, “you use your app that allows our customers to purchase and stream media” in our store front and “you let us use our app that streams media“ in our store

For anyone a fan of the SOCOM series on Playstation 2, specifically SOCOM 2. The servers have been reverse engineered by a couple of my friends. There are bugs and crashes but they have been signnifcantly reduced since they brought out public testing about a month ago, so this is an on going WIP. They plan on reviving SOCOM 1 next.

Can be played on an emulator or a playstation 2 console that has a mcboot memory card (a 10 dollar purchase on ebay or amazon) and a flash drive to put their patch on.

Not news, just a random thought.

Games are the only product that can be shipped incomplete & full of issues. Would you buy a car & the dealer say the infotainment system is not ready, come back in 2 months time?

Will you buy a TV & the seller says the HDR mode is not working but will be fixed in 6 months' time.

Game companies keep delivering unfinished buggy games because gamers keep excusing them.

The trainwreck Anthem & now Marvel Avenger are good examples.
