Sinister is definitely up there. Very creepy movie with some good jumps too, if I recall. Been a while.
Hereditary got me good, that was one of the best I’ve seen in recent memory. Incredible acting, and the slow build to the disturbing climax was just masterful IMO.
The Descent is an older one that I’m not sure how it holds up today but my claustrophobia got to me and made that film pretty scary. The Ring is another one. That sort of atmospheric dreary ass film style combined with a permeating sense of dread leading up to a crazy finish. Never saw the sequel.

Like all David Lynch movies, it is very unsettling and weird.
I still think Hereditary is the best horror film to come along in recent years.
