With the XSX being substantially more powerful than the PS5, that means the XSX will be the lead platform. But parity will probably happen to lower it to the PS5’s 9TF.

I love when fluff pieces come up like this, Sony has never said they want to be the Netflix of gaming, they've only recently even started trying to make PSNow something more than just a streaming BC service. Again Sony makes more money from PSN alone than MS makes from the entire Xbox division, GP isn't crushing anyone. Also I'll say again Netflix is not the model you want to go after if you want to actually make money, they have more debt than they do money coming in and that debt continues to grow.

Luckily MS is making a profit on Game Pass.
 
I thought Sony moving all of their stuff to Azure was to build out their Netflix of Gaming. I thought I read somewhere Sony is limited by their current infrastructure and that was part of the reason why they couldn’t be more aggressive with PS Now.

They are likely getting a better deal than what Amazon was charging.

MS went the stop sharing sales,not having anymore exclusives and making GP route after conceding this generation and none of those things has helped them this generation.

Here is to the next generation.

A prediction from me..
Next gen if XSX loses badly...
GP will be offered to Sony's PS.

What do you mean by "helped"? Gamepass has likely bought interest and favourable outlook on tge Xbox Brand. They bought 9 new studios which can't be viewed as bad, and potentially could change the perception of the Xbox brand to some degree. Then factor in XSX seemingly showing they learned from the disastrous X1 ideology and reveal.

It all paves the way to a better nest gen. Which is all they can really do after "conceding this generation."

But those things were good for consumers so hope they continue down that path.

I was. I meant Sony will show off the best graphical versions of games they have. Xbox will try to lead with higher frame rates regardless. Microsoft seems to be focused on bringing the narrative over to frames. Sony is talking about more assets on screen and game detail.

Gamepass has been practically thrown at people and been out a few years what has it done? PS4 is over 2-1 the XBO and the Switch has passed them.
No increase cause of GP.

They been buying companies for awhile now and we have been waiting awhile for the fruits of these purchases.

XSX has been handled great thus far and theirs nowhere to go but up from here.

Still got that "game" problem image to fix.

Most of these companies were purchased in 2018 and later, with the exception of one that was purchased in 2017. I would rather them take their time making games than rush them out. Game Pass is over 5-1 compared to PS Now. Switch is gen 9, but yes, it is passing the PS4. Could you give us a link to the official sales of the Xbox to back up your 2-1 claim. Thanks.

It would be easy for Sony to catch up if they have to but if it takes off in that way then everyone has to do something even Nintendo.
