Zombie Drive Ultimate Edition ($14.99) is out now for the Xbox One.

This is the trailer for the HD version of the game. I could not find a trailer for the ultimate edition. I had to do a bing search to find it on the marketplace.

Link I'm seeing in the xbox store isn't working for this game.

I'll probably pick up Sniper Elite 3 at some point. There's not much to choose from during the Summer months when it comes to new releases so why not? The game looks like fun to me.

Sniper Elite 2 was fantastic IMO. Had so much fun playing it. This Sniper 3 seems like a huge step forward for the franchise.

Family Sharing still in the works and not off the table!

What do you think of it?

When the Xbox One was first introduced, the Family Sharing feature was one of the very positive ideas that many regret not having made it to the released console, but Xbox Division head Phil Spencer promises that it’s still on the roadmap, alongside others like digital pre-load.

We looked at the digital features that we talked about last year, and yeah, as a gamer there are a lot of those features that really resonated. They were smart features for people who have a lot of games and maybe play on a couple consoles and have a bunch of people in the house and want to share with friends. As I look at our monthly update roadmaps and other things, those kind of features are in our roadmap.

Spencer also explained that while the features are still being worked on, there are objective challenges that need to be overcome before they can see the light.

There’s a little bit of a challenge that you have DRM on the disk and how does that game play… We got hung up last year on kinda the enabling features, around when it has to connect to the internet and all of that, when in the end the feature that we really cared about, that people are like “I’ve got this collection of content that I can do family sharing, I can share with my friends…” There are a bunch of things we have ideas about. I haven’t given up on those ideas. There is some complexity now that you’ve got disks around that, you have DRM that you have to figure out, but it’s definitely part of our map with the overall product.

During the same podcast it was suggested that it could be done only with digital games, but Spencer mentioned that it wouldn’t be fair to those that bought the disk without knowing they wouldn’t benefit from the feature in the future. That’s why he want to be sure that the feature is done the right way. He also added that Microsoft is still looking at digital distribution improvements like pre-load. They just want to do it “at the right time and especially in the right way.”

If Family Sharing was one of your favorite dishes in the original Xbox One menu, there’s still hope. We’ll just have to wait and see if Spencer and his team will manage to overcome the DRM challenges that are holding the feature back.

He says that reason Digital owners don't have it yet is to keep it fair for Disc owners because they wouldn't get it. Seems like they have some kind of a delusion that just having a digital copy is more beneficial than being able to lend, sell, buy used.

I'm not complaining that it's downgraded, just that it's stupid to still call it Forza Horizon 2 if there's apparently going to be such a big difference between the 2 versions.

I assumed it would be lower res and lacking dynamic weather, not as big a difference as they're making it out to be.
The 360 is a great console with a great back library of games, but really have a hard time caring what games are coming to that platform anymore, or what they look like or what they are called.

Anybody should know by now that the 360 isn't the platform that will get the best of the best.

Ok, so I finally take my old copy of Bad Company 2 to the shop to have the scratch fixed. I get home and pop it in.... and am still impressed! Some of the Vistas are amazing still.

It's still amazing how much the destruction affects the gameplay. I want to know why this kind of thing hasn't been done more? These new systems should have wanton destruction as a standard or something.

I still remember my disappointment with Battlefield 3, and how they reduced the importance of the destruction of the buildings/environment. 4 was another step back. Is it just because they want to leave that for BC? I want to see more of this kind of thing.

I said it should have been a standard this gen. I was so disappointed when games like Killzone lacked this touch.

As for destruction in BF3: It is because the destruction in BC2 would render any cover moot. Thus armour could become overpowered. It was pulled back a bit intentionally because of it. At least, that is the reason EA gave.

Really stupid idea.

Different engine, no dynamic weather, no drivatars. A "unique experience", so why do they have the same name?

I wonder how many people will see footage of FH2 on XB1 and then complain that their 360 version falls short.
probably the same amount who complained that Mario on the original Gameboy did not look s good as Mario 64..

i.e. ONE system is more powerful, so expect the game to look and perform better.

I call BS on that one. I remember they toned it down from BC 1 because of that. There was still cover because of the craters, and the maps became pretty dynamic.

I found the MP in The BC games far more interesting because of that. Besides, the maps only got fully wiped out on occasion. It was so cool seeing the ruined landscape at the end.

BF4 barely had a much in the way of meaningful destruction. The way the levels and buildings were designed didn't allow for much tension in that department, imo.

They did have SOME interesting destruction in BF 4, and being able to blow out wall in Metro did change the landscape some.

Does anyone know the question to this answer? If someone has the digital version of Forza 5 on his gamertag/account. If that account is deleted, can a new account/gamertag/owner still play Forza 5 since it's still on the harddrive? And can you just reset the save profile/data to start anew?

I'm not to sure tbh. If the original owner has set the X1 to be his home console then it will let you play the game as it thinks you're just another preson signing in to play on the console. I don't think you will be able to if you delete the previous owners profile though or set the console so you are the owner in the settings as the game is tied to the original owners account.
As far as game saves are concerned if you are playing it on a different gamertag to the original owner it should just start from scratch for the different profile.

The purchase is tied to the primary account (the one that purchased it), but it will allow other users on the system to play it. If you delete the primary, then it's not going to let you play it without purchase.

What happens if the primary signs in on another console but does not make that new console his primary? Is the game still playable?

I have a question. When i buy the Xbox One this September, i will be downloading many games from my bro's account onto my Xbox One, he says everything will work, so that means:

- The game itself and season pass
- The patches are already applied
- I can play it on my account and it doesn't matter if he plays it too at the same time, offline or online should all work.

Correct?

So basically i just download Dead Rising 3, BF4, Forza 5, Watch_Dogs etc....onto my Xbox One's HDD...and done?

I think he needs to make your console his Home console first and you probably need to re-download all the patches and stuff.

Tons of indie games have been releasing lately on X1 out of the blue. Good stuff. Lots of interesting stuff, but I'll wait for them to be $5. With all the flak MS got with indie support up until a few months ago, who knew all these small devs could suddenly create an X1 game from scratch and release it on X1 in 2 months. lol.

Joking aside. Just goes to show indie support is just as good on X1 as PS4 and that both systems have indie devs making stuff for both behind the scenes. And then suddenly.... poof. It releases.

A good example is Outlast. Came out on PC first last year. Came out on PS4 early this year. Zero mention of X1. Then suddenly, there it is. Goes to show it was in development the whole time, but the devs had some kind of partnership/money agreement o keep their mouth shut about the X1 version.

They obviously planned a staggered release in order to to utilize time and resources better. PC first, PS4, then xbox one. It was never touted as a PS4 console exclusive or was it ever said to not be coming to the X1. If MS's policies were not as they were/are it may have come to Xbox one before PS4.

Yeah indeed, something about home console it was. He said he can have one 'buddy' to share all his games with, as long as they are digital. If MS keeps this feature it's going to make my hobby a WHOLE lot cheaper. Me and my bro will both just pay like 20 euros or so (US marketplace) and we'll have a full game. Huge difference with having to pay 45-50 to even 70 euros for a physical copy of a game.

Why don't you just copy your bros games onto an ext HDD, and bring it to your house?

"There's no noticeable change in graphics" between Alien Isolation Xbox One and PS4
It's all about those ancillary features

Be of good heart, pixel-counters. When you are having your head bitten off by a slimy, eyeless space-dinosaur this October, you will not be taken "out of the moment" by the sight of a texture that differs conspicuously from a texture you may have glimpsed in your best friend's version of the same experience. Creative Assembly's Gary Napper has assured OXM that Alien: Isolation looks pretty much the same on all platforms. Well, on PS4 and Xbox One at least.

The game will run at 1080p on both consoles. "That's actually not something I get that into, because we build it on one central engine and then kick it out to different versions," Napper told me, when I asked for specifics. "So when I think about working on the game it's almost platform agnostic because I only think about the differences between platforms and the different mechanics we can use like the light on the PS4 pad and the stuff with Kinect 2.0."

"So I think with frame rate it's pretty comparable. There's no noticeable drop or change in graphics between them. Obviously there are a lot more options to tweak and scale up on the PC." Presumably, the gamewill look noticeably inferior on Xbox 360 and PS3 - Napper didn't state as much outright, but this sort of goes without saying when you've got a fraction of the RAM to work with.

The developer has yet to reveal exactly what Isolation's Kinect features are. One possibility presents itself, off the top of my head: the Alien can hear you breathing through the sensor's microphone. Ergh.

Well, that's good news for sure for Xbox fans.

I imported my live account at a friends house for playing various of my downloadable games at his place. I bought DLC tracks for Rocksmith and somehow he's able to play it on his own Live account when I'm gaming at home. Why does that work? I'm not complaining, but I thought that purchased DLC was linked to your own gamertag.

He's a lucky b*tch though and being real smug about it. The same thing happened with Castle Crashers. He gets to play my DLC for free. He was disappointed when it didn't work for Ultra SF4.
