Shooting near the Capitol

It was the police shooting. As far as I can tell the woman was unarmed (except for her car).
 
yes the woman did not have a gun
she thought Obama was stalking her
and when the cops surrounded her, she fled
the cops should have taken her into custody, there was no reason for her to have been killed
they could have killed the baby
she had post partum depression
